Return Policy
This return policy applies to all purchases made through www.mardukchemistry.com (“Site”), which is operated by Marduk Chemistry (“Company”). By completing a purchase on the Site, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.
You may return products within 14 (fourteen) days of the delivery date, along with the original invoice.
Products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened, unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition.
For chemical products, returns are not accepted if the seal is broken or the packaging has been opened.
All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt by our team before any refund is processed.
You must notify us of your return request within 14 days of delivery by sending an email to [insert your email address], including your order number.
Once your return is approved, you must ship the product back to the return address provided, along with the invoice and original packaging.
Unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 7 business days using the original payment method.
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
Used or opened chemical products
Expired products
Custom-made or specially mixed products requested by the customer
Returns without an invoice or delivery documentation
If your order arrives with visible shipping damage, a Damage Report must be filed with the courier at the time of delivery.
If the product is damaged or defective upon receipt, we will inspect it and offer a replacement or a full refund.
If the wrong product was sent, Marduk Chemistry will cover return shipping costs and send the correct product at no additional charge.
